HOW TO USE IT

Using the brush-end of FRAME, prep brows by combing brow hairs upwards.

Twist pencil up slightly (just enough to reveal product) and fill in sparse areas using short, thin upward strokes.

Once you achieve your desired look, using the brush side, comb through brows again to blend color and set.
