How will I receive my gift card?
After purchase, you or the recipient will receive the gift card via email, which can be used exclusively for online purchases.
How can I give the gift card to the recipient?
You have a few options to gift this gift card!
- You can choose "I want to send this as a gift" when you add the gift to cart, which will send the gift card to the recipient on the date you've selected.
- You can forward the email to the recipient.
- You can print the email and physically give to the recipient.
Do gift cards expire?
No! Our gift cards never expire and can be used anytime.
Can gift cards be used on all products?
Yes, the gift card is like cash - so you can use it on all products including gift sets, sale items, and subscriptions. You can also use it during promotional periods and combine with loyalty points!
What if I lose my gift card?
Contact us at service@ever.com with the original email used to purchase the gift card and we can look into it for you!
