FAQs

What are EVER's wholesale requirements?

All retail applications will be required to submit information about your business, including photos if requested.

All accepted retailers will be required to provide a resale certificate prior to accepting their first order. Once provided, wholesale accounts will be able to shop wholesale prices and access special products. 

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)  requirement.

You can not market or sell the item for less than the currently published price on the brand's website. Any discounts above 15% given to your customers require written authorization from EVER.

3rd Party Marketplaces

We are unable to approve any requests to sell EVER on any 3rd party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Jet, etc). Any retailers who are found offering EVER products on unauthorized channels will be in violation of wholesale terms & conditions and removed immediately from our retailers list.
What type of retailers are accepted?

We accept applications from a variety of retail partners including specialty stores, boutiques, medical spas, traditional spas, dermatology offices, and more. The key considerations we look at are track record of success in your retail location, presentation of your merchandise, and current customer base.

What are your order terms?

EVER can only be sold at approved retail locations and on approved websites. No third party sites or drop shipping websites allowed - no exceptions.

Retailers must abide by EVER's MAP policy for pricing and any limited promotions that result in savings of over 15% from MAP pricing must be approved in writing.

Retailers are responsible for their own shipping costs.

In certain instances EVER may require purchasing in quantities of case packs vs individual units.

A resale certificate must be kept on file for any retailer carrying EVER.

Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate removal from our wholesale partners list.
