We love being able to offer weekly payments every Wednesday and we know you expect and rely upon these payments. Your compensation is a matter that we take very seriously and our accounting team always ensures that this is processed to you by 5pm PST on Wednesdays. PayPal has, unfortunately, done a periodic verification lock on our entire PayPal account. While we understand that this is a safety precaution for them (and ultimately their consumer base), we never want you to feel the impact of these precautions. We have provided them all of the necessary information as well as escalated this matter to the best parties to assist. We have been told that it will be addressed promptly and we hope that will be tonight but until we have our account fully released, we are unable to issue commission payments.
Please know that this is very serious to us and we have all hands on deck to try to resolve this as swiftly as possible. We will ensure everyone's pay is processed as soon as that happens and we'll keep you posted as we hear more. Please accept our sincerest apologies! We will make this right and see how we can prevent this in the future.
